Formats
Word, PDF and Excel — edit it, print it, track it.
Editable Word files for the forms, handbook and agreement. Print-ready PDFs of the same files. Excel workbooks for money and meal counts. Fill in the bracketed blanks with your own details, delete anything that does not fit your program, and check each section with your state licensing agency before you use it.
Formula protection, stated plainly: in Excel and LibreOffice, formula cells are locked and sheets are protected, with no password — unprotect in one click if you need to change a formula. Google Sheets does not keep that protection on import, so only type in input cells there, never in grey or auto cells. If a formula is overwritten, re-import a fresh copy from your download.

Will anything arrive in the post?
No. Digital download only, delivered by Gumroad immediately after purchase. Print what you need at home or at a print shop.
Do I need Excel?
No. The workbooks open in Excel, LibreOffice, and Google Sheets by import. The Word and PDF files need no spreadsheet at all.
Can I change the handbook and agreement?
Yes. They are Word templates. Fill in the bracketed blanks, delete the guidance boxes before printing, and check each section with your state licensing agency.
Does it cover my state's rules?
Licensing rules vary by state. These are templates, not legal, tax or medical advice. Check your state licensing agency before use, and talk with a qualified professional if you need legal, health or money advice.
What about Google Sheets?
Import the .xlsx files. Sheets does not keep Excel's sheet protection on import, so only type in input cells, never in grey or auto cells.
